Last Delivery Dates Before Christmas Day

In order to ensure that your gift arrives by 24th December in time for Christmas Day, please order before 2pm on 17/12/18 if shipping to Australia.

For the UK, order before 2pm on 20/12/18.

For the rest of Europe, order before 2pm on 18/12/18.

For the Americas, please order before 2pm on 18/12/18.

Extended Christmas Returns

From 1st November 2018, your purchased items are eligible for return until 15th January 2019. Ideal for Christmas gift shopping, you can now purchase your gifts safe in the knowledge that there is enough time to return them after Christmas Day if, for some unfortunate circumstance, they are not suitable.

Please note: Items that have been personalised by our embossing service cannot be returned and all normal policy applies.

Free Delivery Over 200 AUD

If you spend 200 AUD or more you will receive free delivery on your order.

Please note: Australian delivery takes 5-10 days. If your items are personalised, please allow 2-3 additional days for delivery (although usually we will be able to send out your item within the first 24 hours).

Delivery in Australia will take between  2-10 days depending on the service you choose.

Please note that these costs may vary due to location, product value and weight. We offer incredibly competitive rates internationally. In order to attain a quote without checking out, simply add your desired product into the shopping basket. Tax And Duties

In order to ensure that you receive the most accurate pricing, taxes and delivery costs, we recommend that you make sure to select your location from the list of shipping destinations in the top right hand corner.

When exporting goods outside the EU, all appropriate tax and VAT will be removed from the price of the product.

Please note: we take no responsibility for any import and duties charges within these countries.

Embossed Items

Importantly, personalised items may take longer than 2-3 for delivery – especially in very busy periods such as the festive season. However, our embossing team works tirelessly in order to ensure that delivery is usually still quick. If you are concerned about the timescale of delivery for a personalised item, then it is best to contact us directly.

Our Returns Policy

We always aim to exceed your expectations when purchasing from us. If upon receipt of your chosen product you change your mind, simply return it to us within 30 days for either an exchange or refund. You will find a return slip in the original package you received; please fill this out and enclose it with your returned item.

If you do not include a completed return slip, we may not be in a position to identify you as the sender and this could cause an unnecessary delay to your refund. The address label included should be removed and affixed to the outside of your package. Make sure your item is adequately protected and send it to the following address, using a signed for courier service.

 

Please note: embossed items cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund associated shipping and handling costs. Your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for the refund to appear in your credit or debit card account.

 

Please note: when returning goods from outside the EU, we ask that you clearly indicate on the customs declaration form or commercial invoice that the contents are returned goods and originate from the United Kingdom. This way, you will avoid incurring unnecessary additional import taxes or clearance fees

Extended Returns Policy

Our Extended Christmas Returns policy is now live. All orders placed on or after 1st November 2018 are eligible for return until 15th January 2019. Ideal for Christmas gifts, this means that you have sufficient time to return your purchase after Christmas Day.

Repairs

If your product needs a little TLC and you would like to inquire about our 25-year warranty, just contact our experienced customer services team. Then simply send the item to the address above and we will aim to get the item back to its former glory as swiftly as possible.

We will do everything we can to fix the issue on-site in Yorkshire, England at our HQ. However, depending on the issue we may need to send your item to our factory in Italy in order to be mended. This will extend the repair time, but our customer service team will inform you every step of the way about expected date of return.

25 Year Warranty

We craft each of our pieces in the heart of the Italian leather industry. For each of our briefcases, handbags, luggage and accessories to be durable and practical, we use the finest western cowhides. With this, each purchase comes with a 25 year warranty so that repairs can be easily and efficiently executed. Due to the finest materials and craftsmanship that we employ, our 25 year warranty has always been unequivocal for founder William Scott Forshaw. We hope that you never need to, but if you do, simply contact our customer services team and they will arrange the repair for you.

Embossed Items

Due to the personalised nature of embossed items, they can not be returned. We are happy, therefore, if you want to return your purchase to us to be embossed once you are pleased with your order.
