Can I return unwanted items? +

All of our products can be returned unused within 30 days of receipt. Personalised items are non-returnable. To return an item, fill out the returns from provided, enclose in the package and deliver to the address below.

Please note: we do not cover the cost for any returns made.

Please note: returns should be adequately packed. We cannot be held responsible to any damage the item may occur due to insufficient packaging, and we are also not liable for any damage to the item from tears, abrasions or general misuse when in your hands. In these cases, we will not be able to issue a refund.

What is your policy for personalised products? +

Our embossing service is available in order to create truly unique pieces which will last a lifetime. We use a process of heat embossing to stamp our vegetable-tanned Italian leather with initials or an important date in turn marrying tradition and individuality.

Due to the personalised nature of embossed items, they are not able to be returned. Therefore, we are happy for you to return your purchase to us for embossing at a later date once you are happy with your delivery if you so wish.

Is everything in stock? +

Our UK warehouse is always well-stocked and so, in most cases items are in stock. If they are marked as out of stock on our site, this is usually not for long as we receive several large deliveries each week. It is easy to check the stock status once an item has been added to the shopping basket.

Feel free to contact us if you would like to inquire when a specific product will be back in stock.


Do you have a gift wrap service? +

For us, it is the finer details which count. Our Gift Wrap team, therefore, is primed and ready to impeccably wrap any of your gifts so that they strike the right note upon delivery.  We wrap your presents in a classic style, either in a keepsake presentation box or delicate silver paper, but always with a finishing ribbon.

Where and when can you deliver my order? +

We are pleased to offer a worldwide delivery service and use some the most highly respected couriers in the industry. Delivery times vary dependant on the service selected. However, we always try to offer an expedited service if required.

How much does delivery cost? +

We have managed to negotiate some extremely competitive rates with our couriers due to the volume of items we dispatch. The delivery cost is dependent on speed and type of the service selected.

To obtain a shipping quote, simply select your destination country and postcode once you have added an item to the shopping basket.


Do you have a gift card service? +

Sometimes a gift card is the loveliest way of gifting your loved one the choice of a present that they will treasure forever. That is why we offer a gift card service. Select the value of the voucher that you wish to present, add it to cart and we will send you a confirmation email. With this, a voucher containing a unique code will then be sent to your allocated delivery address.

Do your products have a warranty? +

Due to their high build quality and leather durability, all of our products come with a 25-year warranty on manufacturing faults.

We will undertake any necessary repairs resulting from manufacturing faults on zips, stitching, clasps, linings etc. free of charge (you only pay the cost of postage).

Please note, however that we cannot be responsible for tears, abrasions or damage from misuse or fair wear and tear. Nevertheless, we can still repair these for a reasonable fee.
