    The quality of the Maxwell Scott product is matched only by the quality of their service. Initial stock status request was made via Email on a Friday evening after 2200 hrs. Less than two hours later an Email confirmed availability of two medium Flero holdalls. Our order was placed immediately and the impressively packed holdalls arrived via UPS prior to noon on the following Tuesday. (Four and a half days delivery time two of which were Saturday and Sunday - wonderful service.) The Flero’s are superb products, finished to the highest standard and are an excellent investment in luggage. Look no further for your luggage needs.

    I spent months looking for a quality leather weekend bag. I was hesitant about purchasing the item online. Therefore I went to all the high-end brick and mortar leather retailers but nothing from their selections fit what I was looking for. A search on Amazon pulled up Maxwell Scott. After doing some research on them I took a chance and ordered the FleroM in Chestnut Tan. The bag is better than described. The pictures do not do it just. The leather is the high quality rich looking finish that I was looking for. I have a $2,000 leather briefcase. When I carry this bag with it, they look like they were purchased as a set. Also, unlike most leather weekend bags, this one comes with a leather strap. Maybe it is just a personal taste thing. But I think that the nylon/cloth straps that come on a lot of high-end leather weekend bags just make them look cheap. I could not be happier with this purchase. The 25-year warranty is a nice bonus too.

    Can my loved one exchange their gift for another colour or style?

    We’re sure they’ll love it, however just to offer you that peace of mind, we gladly accept exchanges and returns within 60 days of receipt of goods. This excludes personalised items that cannot be returned.

    For UK orders, Next Working Day Delivery is free or Timed Next Working Day Delivery is available at a small cost. For US orders, Standard Delivery free or Express Delivery is available at a small cost. For AUS orders, there is only the option of Express Delivery, which is free. Kindly note that personalised gifts will take 24-48 hours longer to process and be delivered, even if the Next Working Day or Express Delivery is selected. Personalised orders will be sent on the selected delivery service once the personalisation has been applied to the product.

    The placement of the lettering is unique to each product, our professional in-house embossing team uses their skill and experience to determine the very best placement according to the product. You’ll be able to find an example of the lettering positioning within the imagery on each product page.

    Pricing

    The price for embossing is a AUD 30 flat fee for up to 6 characters. If you require specialised personalisation with more than 6 characters or complex positioning, we can arrange this as a bespoke option with additional costs incurred.     Please note that our Croco leather cannot be embossed due to the textured finish of the leather.

    Due to the bespoke nature of our premium in-house embossing process, please allow an additional 48h for personalised items, particularly during busy periods. Where possible, we will endeavour to send out your items within the first 24 hours. Please note that unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been personalised as they have been uniquely crafted to meet your specifications.
