The product that I was originally ordering was not in stock in a specific colour (I was beaten at the post by another customer), but I was impressed that I was immediately contacted by e-mail and offered the same product in a different colour or the opportunity to wait until new stock arrived in my originally selected colour. I decided to opt for an alternative colour that was in stock and it was delivered the next day. I actually like the colour better than the one I originally selected! Well done.
