    My brother asked for this wallet for Christmas. I was impressed with the quality of the wallet and the customer service. After I ordered the item I was notified by customer service that it would take longer to arrive due to a shortage of stock. I was assured it would arrive in time for Christmas. I was still given the option to cancel the order or select another color of the item. I chose to wait and the item arrived timely as promised in a lovely box. Customer service was very nice and very responsive. My brother loved the wallet.

    I am completely satisfied with my recent purchase from Maxwell Scott (MS). The wallet is exactly as described, has a really sophisticated feel and finished in high quality Italian leather. Adequate storage for cards and the coin pocket allows for easy access to loose change. The customer experience and transaction respectively was seamless. Evidently, MS uphold minute attention to detail; from the order process, the product itself which arrived in absolute perfect condition, thanks to the care taken within packaging and distribution.     I searched everywhere for a new leather wallet with Change purse. I tried every brand everywhere. I bought two Maxwell Scott wallets and they are the nicest I've ever owned. The leather is beautiful, they smell great, and they are tough and resilient and the layout is perfect. Credit cards slide in and out with the exact tension necessary to make them accessible but prevent them from inadvertently falling out; this is the toughest thing to get right in a wallet and these guys have nailed it.

    I got this wonderful wallet in a camel colour a month ago and I am privileged to write the first review on it. At first, I want to say a few words on the customer support - I appreciate a lot Stefanie Troger managed to sent the wallet on Saturday on my request so that I received it even earlier, I needed that because of my travel. The dialog was so polite and the approach so client-oriented I felt like dealing with a top concierge service. Thank you very much. The packaging is very nice, it fits to be a very expensive and valuable present. Black solid box, enveloped with a thin black leather(!) and a card with few words from the owner. Love the wallet, it's very comfortable, the leather is soft but strong, the colour is just fine. The colour is exactly like on the photo, it has that rich look - quite bright but not too yellow. I has slightly matured what makes it look even better. Never seen such a coin pocket before. It appeared to be very handy - once opened you see all the coins and pick ones you need right away, no need to run your fingers over all the coins as for the traditional pockets. To understand the overall size, all EURO banknotes fit just fine. Precisely and strongly crafted. All the seams are straight and accurate. The quality is very high, definitely top product I am happy to recommend.

    The wallet was bought as a Christmas present. It was well made from good quality leather and the recipient loved it... super that it had a small coin pouch. I know it was a busy period but it took a little longer than desired to arrive. The cufflinks I ordered at the same time arrived within a couple of days but the wallet took a couple of weeks. Other than this worry, I am delighted with the purchase.

    Can I send my gift directly to the recipient’s address?

    Yes - there are no receipts to remove as we are now paperless, ensuring your gifting experience remains special. If you’ve chosen our gift-wrapping service, we can also personalise the notecard for you. Please enter your personal message in the box on the product page when selecting gift wrap as an option and we will hand write your message with care.

    N.B. Please note that if payment is made with an American Express Card, the delivery can only be made to the billing address for the card. This is required of us by American Express.

    Can my loved one exchange their gift for another colour or style?

    We’re sure they’ll love it, however just to offer you that peace of mind, we gladly accept exchanges and returns within 60 days of receipt of goods. This excludes personalised items that cannot be returned.

    How soon can my order be delivered?

    For UK orders, Next Working Day Delivery is free or Timed Next Working Day Delivery is available at a small cost. For US orders, Standard Delivery free or Express Delivery is available at a small cost. For AUS orders, there is only the option of Express Delivery, which is free. Kindly note that personalised gifts will take 24-48 hours longer to process and be delivered, even if the Next Working Day or Express Delivery is selected. Personalised orders will be sent on the selected delivery service once the personalisation has been applied to the product.

    We pay attention to every detail, ensuring that all of our products are carefully wrapped and attentively presented as standard, with our Maxwell-Scott monogrammed tissue paper and emblem sticker. To add an extra special touch, we offer a gift wrapping service to professionally wrap your gifts with luxury, environmentally friendly materials. This additional service can be applied to your order for AUD23.00 . Smaller goods will be showcased in a luxury presentation box wrapped in bespoke matte-finish navy paper, ribbon and gift card. Larger goods will be showcased in a luxury presentation box, finished with ribbon and a gift card. Our premium quality gift wrap is made using 70% recycled materials, FSC certified paper and is fully biodegradable and compostable.

    Positioning

    The placement of the lettering is unique to each product, our professional in-house embossing team uses their skill and experience to determine the very best placement according to the product. You’ll be able to find an example of the lettering positioning within the imagery on each product page.

    Additionally, if you have any further questions regarding the positioning of the letters or how many letters will fit on a specific product please contact us via the Contact Us page.

    Pricing

    The price for embossing is a AUD 30 flat fee for up to 6 characters. If you require specialised personalisation with more than 6 characters or complex positioning, we can arrange this as a bespoke option with additional costs incurred.     Please note that our Croco leather cannot be embossed due to the textured finish of the leather.

    Ordering & Delivering

    Due to the bespoke nature of our premium in-house embossing process, please allow an additional 48h for personalised items, particularly during busy periods. Where possible, we will endeavour to send out your items within the first 24 hours. Please note that unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been personalised as they have been uniquely crafted to meet your specifications. If you’re unsure, we’re more than happy for you to purchase an item and return it to us to be embossed, once you are pleased with your purchase.
