    Ordered one of these as a little bag for my make-up brushes, totally fit for purpose and looks great with my Cascina toiletries bag.
    5 Versatility!
    I love the color, Chestnut Tan, and love the shape of this case. It can stay in a narrow handbag without deformation, no wrinkle. I can also use it as a sunglasses case too.
    5 Best pencil case I bought
    I ordered the Chestnut Tan version of this product. I am happy with this item. It is a sturdy pencil case that feels solid enough to be used over decades. Only one little thing is sad about it, the lining is made of faux leather. I do not think a high-quality product can use any piece of fake leather. This does not do justice to the brand. This being said, if I must rate my order I would like to give it a 9/10. The colour I bought was not available directly, Maxwell Scott was professional to the core. They send me a mail proposing to get another colour, a refund, or to wait. I am a patient person and it was not a gift, so I choose the last option. Eventually, my order was delivered fast. The customer service is excellent. The colour is slightly darker than I expected but in a good way. I like it more like that. Please be sure that I will bough other items here. I took that pencil case to have an idea of the brand before buying an expensive bag. I am not deceived. Please, stay this great, you are one of few to propose a beautiful design that pairs with great quality.
    5 Elegant, functional and extremely versatile...
    Another welcome addition to my rapidly expanding Maxwell Scott collection. The Felice is one of those products that brings pleasure through the simple act of preventing all my pens, pencils etc, from rolling around and getting lost at the bottom of my bag. Welcome organisation via the excellent design and craftsmanship I have come to expect from Maxwell Scott.

    Beautiful and classy pencil case. Perfectly made in posh Italian leather. Just right for discerning young/older gentlemen who prefers to be different and show distinction. It's time to bring back artisan products designed and made in Europe rather than to rely on cheap, throw-away tat mass-made on production lines in the Far East.     5 wanted a nice case to keep his diabetic pens in
    Ordered for my husbands birthday, wanted a nice case to keep his diabetic pens in, I emailed the seller to change the colour, they emailed back saying that was fine but I still received the old colour, not the end of the world but annoying when they said that was fine, they did say I could send it back to swap but he wouldn't have had it for his birthday then. I think it's a lovely case but I did think the lining seemed too big, had a big crease inside. Lovely but too expensive for what it is but hopefully, it will last.

    Item arrived on time & well packaged. it's beautifully finished, but only time will tell if it's sturdy enough to warrant the price. however, i'm not expecting any issues as all the stitching seems solid and is tidy. happy customer :)
    5 Excellent Service, Lovely Quality
    This was ordered alongside the embossing service - good comms from the seller, quick service and the product is great quality. Some criticism below on the lining being too loose; I have two MSB and the lining is fitted the same, I found when I have a lot of stuff to pack it's a little easier if the lining isn't so tight, just gives it some more flexibility.

    Bought for my 25yr old son to house his good pens. Beautiful leather, fine quality, perfect size and just lovely to own. Tempted to buy one for me! Although it seems extravagant to pay this amount for a "pencil case", I personally think it is worth every penny and if you love the smell of good leather, you won`t be disappointed.

    Yes - there are no receipts to remove as we are now paperless, ensuring your gifting experience remains special. If you’ve chosen our gift-wrapping service, we can also personalise the notecard for you.     N.B. Please note that if payment is made with an American Express Card, the delivery can only be made to the billing address for the card. This is required of us by American Express.

    Can my loved one exchange their gift for another colour or style?

    We’re sure they’ll love it, however just to offer you that peace of mind, we gladly accept exchanges and returns within 60 days of receipt of goods. This excludes personalised items that cannot be returned.

    How soon can my order be delivered?

    For UK orders, Next Working Day Delivery is free or Timed Next Working Day Delivery is available at a small cost. For US orders, Standard Delivery free or Express Delivery is available at a small cost. For AUS orders, there is only the option of Express Delivery, which is free. Kindly note that personalised gifts will take 24-48 hours longer to process and be delivered, even if the Next Working Day or Express Delivery is selected. Personalised orders will be sent on the selected delivery service once the personalisation has been applied to the product.

This additional service can be applied to your order for AUD23.00 . Smaller goods will be showcased in a luxury presentation box wrapped in bespoke matte-finish navy paper, ribbon and gift card. Larger goods will be showcased in a luxury presentation box, finished with ribbon and a gift card. Our premium quality gift wrap is made using 70% recycled materials, FSC certified paper and is fully biodegradable and compostable.

    Positioning

    The placement of the lettering is unique to each product, our professional in-house embossing team uses their skill and experience to determine the very best placement according to the product. You’ll be able to find an example of the lettering positioning within the imagery on each product page.

    Additionally, if you have any further questions regarding the positioning of the letters or how many letters will fit on a specific product please contact us via the Contact Us page.

    Pricing

    The price for embossing is a AUD 30 flat fee for up to 6 characters. If you require specialised personalisation with more than 6 characters or complex positioning, we can arrange this as a bespoke option with additional costs incurred.     Please note that our Croco leather cannot be embossed due to the textured finish of the leather.

    Due to the bespoke nature of our premium in-house embossing process, please allow an additional 48h for personalised items, particularly during busy periods. Where possible, we will endeavour to send out your items within the first 24 hours. Please note that unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been personalised as they have been uniquely crafted to meet your specifications. If you’re unsure, we’re more than happy for you to purchase an item and return it to us to be embossed, once you are pleased with your purchase.
